1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for any unopened products or faulty orders. If something isn’t right, please contact us at info@artabrite.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the return or replacement process right away.
2. Do you ship internationaly?
Not yet — we currently ship within Canada only. We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the near future, so stay tuned!
3. Why is my item on backorder?
Some of our blends and saffron are crafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness. If an item is on backorder, it simply means it’s being freshly restocked. Most backorders are fulfilled within 1–2 weeks, and we’ll notify you as soon as your order ships.
4. How do i exchange my order?
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please email info@artabrite.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo (if applicable), and our team will be happy to arrange an exchange or replacement.
5. How do I quality for a free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on all orders to North Vancouver. For other regions across Canada, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via standard Canada Post service. Delivery times vary depending on your location — typically 2–7 business days within British Columbia and up to 10 days for other provinces.
